The Lahore Trip : Road trip. Or to be more accurate and air trip. Saad, Titu and I went to Lahore to catch up with Aasim, an old schoolboy friend from St. Mary's Academy in Lalazar. As it happened, not only did I get to see Aasim, but was also able to reconnect with some of my old friends from Aitchison, Khalid and Humayun, who seemed to be healthy prosperous and wise. In less than 24 hours we were back in Islamabad.

IDEAS 2006 : IDEAS 2006 was held in Karachi in November 2006 and was an imrpessive expo. I wasn't carrying a camera for most of the functions otherwise there would have been some wonderful shots from the Mobility Display and the Joint Forces Display. Nevertheless the ballistic missiles on display were very impressive.

After Daddy's Funeral : My father passed away on September 2004, and I went back to Pakistan after 6 long years. It was bittersweet to return and see all my friends and relatives after so long but on such a sad occasion. THe worst part was that try as I might with new visa rules, I could not get back until my father had been buried.
